    Troubleshooting for products: WOZ100, WOZ3000, WOZ6000

    The unit does not start and the power switch does not light.


    Reason
    Power supply fault.

    Solution
    Connect the device to a working electrical outlet and turn it on.


    Reason
    The fuse is broken (WOZ3000 / 6000).

    Solution
    Replace fuse.


    Reason
    The power adapter is broken (WOZ100).

    Solution
    Test another power adapter (Make sure the adapter has the correct specification).


    The device runs but with poor power.


    Reason
    The ceramic plate is dirty.

    Solution
    Clean the ceramic plate.


    The unit runs but produces no ozone.


    Reason
    The ceramic plate is used up or broken.

    Solution
    Replace the ceramic plate.


    Loud fan noise


    Reason
    Pre-filter dirty / clogged.

    Solution
    Replace filter.


    The machine behaves strangely.


    Reason
    The software is hanging or a freeze occurred.

    Solution
    Perform a factory reset.


    The machine is incorrectly set (e.g. timer)


    Reason
    The machine is inadvertently set.

    Solution
    Perform a factory reset.

    Troubleshooting for products: WOZ 400, 500, 2000, 4000

    The unit does not start and the power switch does not light.


    Reason
    Power supply fault.

    Solution
    Connect the device to a working electrical outlet and turn it on.


    Reason
    The fuse is broken (not WOZ 400).

    Solution
    Replace fuse.


    Reason
    The power adapter is broken (WOZ400)

    Solution
    Test another power adapter (Make sure the adapter has the correct specification).


    The unit runs but produces no ozone.


    Reason
    The ozone tube is depleted or broken.

    Solution
    Replace ozone pipe.


    Loud fan noise

    The pre-filter is dirty or clogged.

    Solution
    Replace filter.

    Perform a factory reset.
