Adjustable ozone production

The WOZ 500 has adjustable ozone production from 5 to 500 mg/h, making it easy to adapt ozone levels as needed. You choose the percentage of production yourself, where 100% corresponds to full capacity. This provides high flexibility and safe operation in different types of spaces.

Digital control with a focus on safety

The digital control panel offers interval and daily timers, making it easy to program the unit for automated operation. The functions are designed to give full control over ozone production while minimising the risk of excessive ozone levels.

Flexible use

The WOZ 500 is equipped with a hose connection for easy connection of a silicone hose (optional). This allows ozone to be directed to hard-to-reach areas, such as ventilation ducts or built-in spaces, where the need for treatment is greatest.

Ozone tube technology – for long life and safe operation

The ozone tube technology in the WOZ 500 provides a consistent and controlled level of ozone. The ozone is formed through a quartz glass tube where electrical discharges occur in a uniform and protected environment. This allows you to direct the ozone where you want it, but also prevents the ozone from spreading in the machine and damaging components, making maintenance easier – for a longer service life. The tubes are also sealed and less sensitive to dust and dirt.

Timer Usage: Always use a timer when operating your ozone unit. If your ozone unit lacks a built-in timer, connect it to an external shutoff timer to prevent ozone exposure before it dissipates.
Warning Signs: When using an ozone generator in a space visited by people, e.g., a garbage or recycling room, prominently display warning signs outside the area to alert individuals to the presence of ozone during operation.
Reentry Precautions: Wait until ozone levels have decreased to meet accepted legal values before entering the room. If levels exceed these standards, refrain from entering until ozone has dissipated.
