Wood’s swedish-made Active ION HEPA filter is the key to the high purification capacity of Wood’s hybrid dehumidifier/air purifier AD20 and AD30. The filter is made of a special synthetic material in which the fibres are slightly electrically charged, which means that they capture even the smallest particles extremely efficiently.

The Active ION HEPA filter removes 99.98% of all airborne particles in your indoor environment. It captures pollen, dust, mould spores, bacteria and even radioactive radon daughters. The result is an immediate improvement in air quality – clean and dry at the same time.

Filters ultra-fine particles

The filter can capture particles down to 0.0003 mm in size, which is 50 times smaller than a bacterium. This makes it one of the most effective filters for home use.
