Effective odour and gas purification with a smart design

Wood’s Pleated Carbon Filter is a practical accessory for air purifiers in the 300 series. With 130 g of activated carbon, the filter purifies the air from gases, chemical pollutants and unpleasant odours, while its pleated design keeps the pressure drop to a minimum. This means that the air purifier can maintain its powerful airflow even when the filter is installed.

Effective against odours and gases

The carbon filter absorbs gases and neutralises unwanted odours from, for example, cooking, smoke or chemicals. The result is a noticeably cleaner and fresher indoor environment.

Smart pleated design

Thanks to its pleated shape, the filter has a large active surface area with minimal pressure drop. This allows the air purifier to continue working effectively, while thoroughly purifying the air.

Complements the HEPA filter

The Pleated Carbon Filter is used in conjunction with the Active ION HEPA filter. The HEPA filter captures harmful particles such as dust, pollen and mould spores, while the carbon filter removes what you cannot see – gases and odours. Together, they create a complete solution for fresher air.

Easy replacement and maintenance

The filter is placed at the top of the air purifiers in the Wood’s 300 series (AL 310, AL 310FC, ELFI 300). For best results, it should be replaced regularly, usually every three months or more often if capacity decreases depending on the indoor environment.
