Error code: E0 = Room temperature sensor failed
Error code: E1 = Condenser temperature sensor failed
Error code: E2 = Water tank full when cooling. Take off rubber stopper and empty the water
Error code: E3 = Evaporator temperature sensor failed
Error code: E4 = Water tank full when heating. Please empty the water tank
Error code: CH01 = Room temperature sensor failure
Error code: CH02 = Tube temperature sensor failure
Error code: E4 = Anti-freeze protection. Restore the functions automatically once anti-freeze protection is over
Error code: FL = Water tank in chassis is full. Drain the condensate and re-start the unit
Error code: E0 = Room temperature sensor error. Submit for service action.
Error code: E1 = Condenser temperature sensor error. Submit for service action.
Error code: E2 = Full water collector in cooling position. Remove the plug at the bottom of the unit and drain the water.
Error code: E3 = Evaporator temperature sensor error. Submit for service action.
Error code: E4 = Full water collector in heat mode, remove the plug at the bottom of the unit, and drain the water.

Error code E1 = Electrical short on both temperature sensor and PCB. Contact an electrician for repair
Error code E2 = Electrical short of temperature sensor copper tube and PCB wiring. Contact an electrician for repair
Error code E3 = Indicates water tank full or bad contact with power plug. User needs to pull out the rubber stopper which is located at the bottom of the unit, to drain the water away. Or checking if the power plug is fit well
