Error code: E0 = Room temperature sensor error. Submit for service action.
Error code: E1 = Condenser temperature sensor error. Submit for service action.
Error code: E2 = Full water collector in cooling position. Remove the plug at the bottom of the unit and drain the water.
Error code: E3 = Evaporator temperature sensor error. Submit for service.
Error code: E4 = Full water collector in heat mode. Remove the plug at the bottom of the unit and drain the water.
Cortina 12K / Cortina 9K / Cortina 12K Wifi / Cortina 12K Smart home / Cortina 12K Duo
Error code: CH01 = Room temperature sensor error. Submit for action.
Error code: CH02 = Touch temperature sensor error. Submit for action.
Error code: E4 = Freeze protection. Switch off the unit and let the machine stand until the ice melts. Restart it after.
Error code: FL = Full water collector. Remove the plug at the bottom of the unit and drain the water.
